Who counts as a user?
Every active employee — field staff, managers and administrators. People who leave stop counting.
What happens at the 11th user?
Adding the 11th person asks for a subscription for the extra users only. Your first 10 users stay free forever; each extra user pays the one-time fee once and the monthly fee for the months you choose. With 25 users you pay for 15.
What if we don't renew?
You get reminders every day from two weeks before. After the end date a team of 10 or fewer simply stays on the free plan; a larger team keeps full access for a short grace period, then only administrators can sign in, read-only, until it is renewed. Nothing is deleted.
Is the one-time fee charged again on renewal?
No. It is charged once for each user; renewals are the monthly fee only.
