Create your company
Sign up with your e-mail. You become the administrator; up to 10 users are free.
Set your rules
Settings → Work calendar: working hours, shifts, holidays, leave types and overtime. Settings → Stages & statuses for your pipeline.
Add people and data
Add employees and cities, import customers and leads (Settings → Import data), then share the app link with your team.
Frequently asked questions
What is Dinbhar One?
A sales CRM and field team app in one: leads, deals and customer visits with live GPS, attendance, face check-in, time off and timesheets.
Is it really free?
Yes. Your first 10 users are free forever, with every feature. Above 10 you pay only for the extra users: ₹499 once and ₹199 a month each, plus GST.
Does the app work without internet?
Yes. Visits, notes, calls, leads and the daily work report are saved on the phone and sent when the connection is back.
Is GPS tracked all the time?
No. Only while an employee is on duty — between sign-in and sign-out, within the working hours you set — and only after the employee gives consent.
How is face data protected?
Only with consent, stored as an encrypted numeric description (not photos), checked on our server, and deletable at any time.
Can we import our customers?
Yes. CSV import with a dry run; exports use the same columns.
How do we pay?
From Settings → Plan & billing: choose the total users and months (only users above 10 are charged), get a payment link with UPI and bank details, and a GST invoice once paid.
Is there an iPhone app?
The field app is for Android today. Managers and administrators use the website on any device.
Can we rename the stages?
Yes. Deal stages and lead statuses are your own, with colours and probabilities, in Settings → Stages & statuses.
Can we import our data?
Yes. CSV import with a dry run first; importing the same file again updates instead of duplicating. Every list exports to CSV in the same columns.
Does the form need our login?
No. It is a public page; visitors never see your CRM.
Can different forms go to different cities?
Yes. Each form can set the city, and the assignment rule prefers people working there.
Do incoming e-mails appear in the CRM?
Not yet — replies go to the salesperson's mailbox. Sent e-mails are kept on the record.
Can it be saved as PDF?
Yes — print it or save it as PDF from the browser, in A4 with your logo and colours.
Does the deal value update?
Yes, optionally: the taxable value becomes the deal value.
Can a salesperson see their own numbers?
Yes, in the app; managers see their team and administrators the company.
Does it drain the battery?
The app records a position at an interval your company sets and only while the employee is on duty.
Can employees be tracked at night?
No. Tracking stops at sign-out and outside the working hours you set.
What if the customer has no location yet?
The first visit can set the shop's position on the map for next time.
What about GPS inaccuracy?
The radius allows for the phone's reported accuracy (up to 100 m).
Is it needed on holidays or leave?
No. Weekly offs, holidays and approved leave days need no report.
Is there an iPhone app?
Not yet. Managers and administrators use the website on any device.
Does missing GPS make someone absent?
No. Attendance comes from sign-in and sign-out; GPS is shown as verified or not.
What happens after failed attempts?
After five mismatches face checks are locked for 15 minutes; the password still works.
Do employees need a phone?
No — that is what the kiosk is for.
Is unpaid leave tracked?
Yes. Unpaid leave counts as loss of pay in the timesheet.
Are night shifts supported?
Not yet — shifts start and end on the same day.
Can an approved month be changed?
An administrator can reopen it; the figures are then recalculated.
